Definition
The scope of this report includes PACS data only. It refers to service providers for human services contracts, human services programs, and sub-programs managed in PACS. Further, this view provides financial information on the initial funding commitment, total funding commitment, and YTD payments for contracts managed in PACS.
The pipeline orchestration runs so that the PACS dataset is ingested from CIW to the Federated Analytics Platform (FAP) through a daily incremental and monthly full load.
The monthly full load services the development of the Monthly Contact List and Financial Reports for SPC (Strategy, Policy & Commissioning) produced at the end of each month, functioning to populate insights for contracts and strategic financial insights by subprogram, district, provider, financial report FY. This report is to be generated at the end of each month.
