Definition
The Payment and Contracts System (PACS) dataset is the primary data source for contract performance calculations, procurement, and finance data. PACS is used by the DCJ Strategy Policy and Commisioning (SPC) division to manage human services contracts and payments. Multiple contracts are managed including TEI and FCS. It includes a gateway for service providers to access and manage their contract information.
